Return and Exchange Policy

Here is a summary of our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products must be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Contact us at enquires @rcreations.design to initiate a return or exchange.
Provide us with your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.
We will provide instructions on the eligibility of return/ exchange and how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The refund amount will exclude any shipping and handling fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product specifically and only for the case of size, please follow the steps for initiating a return and specify that you would like an exchange.
We will reserve the replacement product and ship it to you once we have received and inspected the returned product.
You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [insert contact information].
We will arrange for the damaged or defective product to be returned and a replacement product to be sent to you.
Shipping and handling fees will be waived for damaged or defective products.
